Ya the biggest element here is the fact that there is some ambiguity in how they determine who to question. Previously 1070 had the ability to use race or complexion as an indicator but now that has been eliminated. However, they are able to use city ordinance laws as segues into interrogating an individual about their citizenship.
Restrictions and fines should be imposed on employers instead of the way we are handling it (walls military etc).Posted 1 year ago #
